Delivery Information

A local delivery fee of $15 will be added to your local delivery orders. For deliveries outside our local delivery the fee is $20

We accept local same day deliveries until 2:00 PM.  We offer funeral delivery service on Sunday if prior arrangements have been made on Saturday.

Orders for delivery to funeral homes and businesses are given first priority and then residential deliveries.  Delivery times unless specified will be between 9-5.  We can deliver more specific times for our local areas.

Requests for special delivery times require a minimum 24 hour notice, and are limited to LOCAL DELIVERIES ONLY - Canton, Plymouth, Wayne, Westland, Farmington Hills, Inkster, Ypsilanti, Romulus, Garden City, Belleville and an additional charge of $10.00. We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day...ADDITIONAL CHARGES MAY APPLY.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least one day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day,
Independence Day and Labor Day.

If the recipient is not home to receive your floral gift we will attempt to leave package with a neighbor or if the weather is acceptable leave in on the porch. If no neighbor is home to accept package or it is inclement weather we will tag the door for notification and bring the package back to the store and attempt to contact the recipient for delivery instructions. If the recipient does not call us back in 24 hours we then notify the customer.

We would be happy to assist you with your out of town floral orders and even international orders. Our trusted network of partner florists we work with will ensure your floral gifts are well taken care of.
