All orders are guaranteed to be fresh and beautiful. If you are not completely satisfied with your order let us know within 24 hours. Refunds will only be given within 14 days of delivery or sale date. 

Cash refunds only given with a receipt. 

Fresh arrangements should last 7-14 days if properly cared for. Roses have a vase life upwards of 7 days, even after reaching full bloom. Planter baskets will last for several weeks, if watered regularly. Please note that some seasonal flowers (i.e. iris, tulips, daffodils) may only last 3-5 days. This is a characteristic of the flower, and we only guarantee these flowers for this amount of time.

Not all flowers and plants are available in all areas at all times. We reserve the right to substitute flowers or plants with similar products, while maintaining the look, theme and color scheme of the ordered item. Planters and fruit / gourmet baskets are by nature unique items, and each one will be different.
