Delivery Policies

Orders going to funeral homes get highest priority, followed by businesses and then residential Deliveries.  Orders are guaranteed to be delivered within 9am to 5 pm unless it is during a holiday. Holiday residential delivery times will be delivered up until 9pm.We can deliver business deliveries by 12pm if the order is placed by 3:00 the previous day.

If you have a specific time delivery request other than funeral homes or businesses by 4:00, you must call first to verify that we are able to accommodate your request. 734-397-0800.

We do offer funeral delivery service on Sundays for funeral calling hours and services when PRIOR arrangements have been made by Saturday. We do not offer residential delivery service on Sunday's. 

If recipient is not home, we will attempt to leave the package with a neighbor and notify the recipient. If no one will take the package we will bring it back to the store awaiting redelivery instructions from the recipient. If recipient does not call within 24hours we will call the customer for further instructions.
